Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with international suppliers to track status of shipments and arrange the delivery at Natco's warehouse.
  • Liaise with the clearing and forwarding agents.
  • Ensure that all documentation is checked and processed accurately, including preparing shipping documentation i.e., waybills, customs clearance document, etc.
  • Ensure that all the shipment invoices are accurately checked and processed, and that commercial contracts are renewed as needed.
  • Key point of contact with 3PL on inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Coordinate inventory shipments amongst various warehouses to ensure seamless delivery to distribution centers.
  • Assist and manage projects as assigned by the Manager, Operations & Sales Support.

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Positive cando attitude coupled with a professional demeanour.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with good attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in logistics, warehouse management and supply chain is a must
  • Proactive, selfstarter that takes full ownership of work and seeks input as required.
  • Excellent team working and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop good internal and external working relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical & problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Approaches all situations with a growth mindset, willing to learn and establish themselves as an expert in critical areas of the role.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is considered an asset. Postsecondary education with a focus on logistics/supply chain would be a definite asset.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in similar work (logistics/Operations/Supply Chain).

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON
