    The Opportunity

    Our Supply Chain Operations team is looking to add an #EnergyProblemSolver in Calgary to support our technology governance though master data reporting.

    We are seeking an experienced professional who has knowledge and experience in supply chain and in the space corporate data and reporting. This individual has the proven skills, competencies, and capacity to manage our corporate master data, help us to setup a robust data model in our new ERP system, and translate those insights into actionable results.

    What you'll do

    • Manage, maintain and govern master data integrity in our upcoming ERP system
    • Develop and implement data models, transformations, and normalization processes for accurate, reliable, and secure data
    • Leverage data lakes, cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft O365, D365, Azure, Power Apps, Power BI) to enable robust business intelligence and reporting
    • Translate business requirements into meaningful, actionable reports and dashboards
    • Automate workflows and reporting to drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making
    • Provide strategic guidance on KPIs, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement
    • Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach and ability to navigate ambiguity

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 6+ years of experience in master data, data analytics, BI, S2C, P2P, and reporting
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent
    • Ability to manage ERP master data (vendors, services, materials)
    • Expertise in data wrangling, data models, transformations, normalization, lakes, security
    • Proficient in Microsoft O365, D365, Azure, Fabric, Power Apps, Power BI
    • Strategic mindset to advise on reporting, KPIs, and data-driven decisions
    • Flexibility to support other supply chain/procurement areas (workflows, requisitions, etc.)
    • Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into reporting

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Microsoft certifications in D365, Azure or Power Apps
    • Knowledge of SAP master data (for reference only)

    This position requires candidates to:

    • Travel to other company locations for temporary assignments, meetings or training up to 10% of time
    • Successfully complete pre-employment Bankruptcy, Credit, Civil and Criminal background checks
