Lead Hand to join our Construction team in Langley, BC.

This is a full-time, permanent position working outdoors and indoors, with an excellent benefits package, and room for growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performing civil projects and supervising an entire crew
Handson work with ongoing projects
Preventative and reactive maintenance of heavy duty equipment
General property maintenance, managing various jobsites and tracking progress
Quality Control
Provide exceptional customer service
Other duties, as assigned.

Knowledge/Experience and Skills:

Handson foreman (510 years civil projects experience is required)
Heavy duty equipment experience (preferred)
Pipework and inspections
Class 5 License (required)
Class 1 or Class 3 License (preferred)
Ability to read blueprints (essential)
MS Teams (preferred)

Ability to lift, handle, and move 50lbs.
Must be willing to travel as required to the various projects at the time, which may include some travel to the Okanagan Valley
