FINANCE CONTROLLER

OBJECTIVE

KEY REPONSIBILITIES

Oversee all aspects of financial management and reporting
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Supervise a team of financial professionals
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management
Conduct financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Monitor and analyze financial performance and variances Implement and maintain internal controls and systems

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Professional certification such as CPA or CMA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting
Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills Strong leadership and communication abilities
