JOB TITLE:
Administration Assistant
DEPARTMENT:Industrial**
JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for supporting and assisting with multiple warehouse activities, including, but not limited to:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees and support inventory and approving of all transportation invoices.
- Enters and processes all sales order, invoices, credits and scrap returns.
- Responsible for filing all paperwork related to invoices and purchase orders.
- Responsible for customer relations through telephone communications, data entry, and all inside sales communications.
- Assist with Sales Coordination
- Responsible for communication with inside departments, concerning sales order and customer concerns.
- Communicate with other Crown Battery locations and customers over the phone
- Organize and maintain office supplies and office condition
- Be familiar and compliant with system, procedures, and documentation of Crown Quality System.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
The Administration assistant will report directly to the National Sales Manager.
PREFEERRED COMPETENCIES:
- Previous experience with an ERP software system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong Microsoft Office software skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to move multitask and manage daily tasks in timely fashions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 35 years of customer service experience
- Associates degree or similar level of education
TRAINING:
Training will be provided to ensure all skills and competencies are met with Crown Battery Policies and Standards for administrative roles.
