    Employment Status:
    Full-time; remote friendly (combination of on-site and remote work)

    Compensation:
    $63,627 - $79,534 per annum (commensurate with education and experience)

    The Pricing Analyst supports product development, competitive intelligence, and day-to-day operations in the Product and Rewards department, under the direction of the Senior Manager – Products.

    Responsibilities include balancing the needs of the credit union, employees, and members, with significant impact on pricing decisions affecting our value proposition and financial performance.

    Strong technical skills in spreadsheet modeling and financial analysis are crucial for implementing pricing methodologies and recommending changes.


    Competitive Intelligence:

    Retail Rate Administration:
    Manage daily rates and develop pricing mechanisms.


    Technical Skill Support:
    Provide technical guidance and ad-hoc analysis.

    Communication and Policy Support:
    Manage internal authorization and support policy development.


    Special Projects:
    ~ Assist on initiatives, collaborate with senior management.

    The candidate should be familiar with the financial markets and retail banking as well as a minimum of 3 years' experience in Product, Treasury or Pricing or related work.


    Education and Training:

    A post-secondary degree specializing in Finance or Economics is preferred but equivalent experience with financial markets will be considered as a substitute.


    Licenses/Certificates:
    Canadian Securities Course would be considered an asset.
    Progress towards a Chartered Financial Analyst or related designation would be considered an asset (but is not required)

    The business may from time to time ask for branch and/or department support for special projects and/or areas experiencing staff shortages.
