Overview:
Fletcher Group Automation is seeking a fully remote Bookkeeper to join our team You will be working with our General Managers, accounting staff and bookkeepers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and clerical assistance
- Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
- Invoicing Customers
- Accounts Receivable Tracking and reporting
- Tracking Customer PO's
- Manage Inventory Obsolescence Accrual and Disposition Plan
- Maintain Consumable Inventory
- Prepare Daily Invoicing & Submit to Various Customer Portals
- Submit Monthly Bank Reporting
- Complete Government Remittances and Reporting Monthly
Qualifications:
Years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Goal oriented
- Outgoing and Positive
- Proficient in Quickbooks, Quickbooks Online Excel, Word and ZOOM/TEAMS/ GoTo MEETING platforms.
