- Manage the data required for the business partners to meet their business and financial imperatives
- Deliver complete, accurate and thorough marketing campaign, channel and/or client offer optimization reporting that helps the business meet their imperatives
- Support the execution of marketing strategies to ensure efforts meet optimization and analysis requirements
- Provide complete, accurate and timely Campaign Design and Execution that meets the business objectives
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on relevant Data sources, Channels, and campaign design and execution standards
- 5 -7 years advanced SAS programming language experience with deep data and technical skills
- strong business acumen
- ability to work in an agile and collaborative environment
- strong understanding of the RBC Data Warehouse Environment and Data Lake
- exceptional communication skills to be able to translate and interpret complex analysis into actionable and consumable insights
- Experience in the financial services industry, including understanding of marketing
- Strong desire to learn new tools and try new concepts that evolve and optimize current processes
- Experience with various data housing environments (e.g. Teradata, Unix, DataLake, cloud)
- Experience in campaign design and delivery (test & learn design, statistical )

What is the opportunity?
The Senior Manager, CIDM Avion Rewards is a critical role which will integrate three functions of (1) pulling and analyzing data to support the Avion Rewards effort (2) working with the business senior leader to design, execute, integrate and optimize direct marketing efforts for Avion Rewards and (3) create and provide customized reporting to provide insight into the relative success of Avion Rewards campaigns, combing insight into marketing amplification, customer response rates to marketing efforts across channels, as well as incremental financial results.
