About the Opportunity


Due to growth, No-Spill Systems is currently looking to hire a highly motivated and hands-on individual to work out of our Winnipeg office as a Sales Executive.


To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of business to business sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales success and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Windows and MS programs
  • Excellent communication skills with a high degree of autonomy
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to travel to trade shows in North American and Internationally (approx. 46 weeks travel/year)
  • Postsecondary education or equivalent is required

Additional skills:

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience is an asset
  • Gold-Vision and/or QuickBooks knowledge is an asset
  • Spoken and written French is an asset

What you will do:

  • Generate sales through outbound calls to potential customers, onsite visits, and contacting inactive accounts
  • Maintain relationships with current clients by answering questions, providing information, and guidance
  • Identify new business opportunities by mining alternative prospects and evaluating their potential
  • Actively participate and contribute new ideas during sales meetings
  • Maintain professional technical knowledge by reviewing applicable publications and networking in the industry

$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
