About the Opportunity
Due to growth, No-Spill Systems is currently looking to hire a highly motivated and hands-on individual to work out of our Winnipeg office as a Sales Executive.
To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of business to business sales experience
- Proven track record of sales success and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Windows and MS programs
- Excellent communication skills with a high degree of autonomy
- Experience with CRM software
- Ability to travel to trade shows in North American and Internationally (approx. 46 weeks travel/year)
- Postsecondary education or equivalent is required
Additional skills:
- Mechanical aptitude and experience is an asset
- Gold-Vision and/or QuickBooks knowledge is an asset
- Spoken and written French is an asset

What you will do:
- Generate sales through outbound calls to potential customers, onsite visits, and contacting inactive accounts
- Maintain relationships with current clients by answering questions, providing information, and guidance
- Identify new business opportunities by mining alternative prospects and evaluating their potential
- Actively participate and contribute new ideas during sales meetings
- Maintain professional technical knowledge by reviewing applicable publications and networking in the industry
