BFL CANADA is looking for an Accounting Analyst for its Montreal Office
As a member of our Finance division, you will be responsible for providing the highest quality of service to clients, colleagues and insurers.

- Prepare and enter the journal entries for the month end.
- Prepare and upload the files to the GL such as journal entries, budgets and forecast figures.
- Contribute to the monthly accounting closing process.
- Execute reconciliations and account verifications for some GL accounts.
- Run reports and extract data from the system.
- Contribute to the preparation of yearend financial statements with the preparation of support documents.
- Provide support to the controllers and corporate controller during monthends, yearend and budget process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- University degree in Accounting and a minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounting.
- CPA designation completed or in the process of being completed.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Access, Microsoft Word.
- Knowledge of TAM is an asset.
- Ability to work well independently, as part of a team and with others throughout the organization.
- Attention to details, effective time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Bilingual, good verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
