We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented professional to join our growing and dynamic team at our St Thomas dental office.

This role is the face and voice of our clinic, whether, on the phone or welcoming patients at the front reception desk.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Scheduling patients and providing the best patient care possible.
Facilitate a pleasant and professional patient experience
Obtaining and entering patient information into the system
Following up with Patient insurance (breakdowns, predeterminations, following up on payments)
Working on Account receivables
Keeping a full schedule
Ensuring all patients are booked back, treatment plans are entered and accurate
Keeping an organized work environment

The office provides a great work-life balance with a schedule of Monday

Wonderful environment and great team relationships.

Qualifications:

Experience in dental office administration is preferred. We provide training to employees with no experience.
Must be proficient with computers and previous Tracker practice management software experience would be considered an asset.
