We are Disaster Services and Cost-Recovery Consultants seeking an Outside Sales Professional to spearhead field sales efforts from our new Vancouver Office.

Description:

We are hired to help residential and commercial business owners navigate the cost-recovery process including the handling of complex and tedious insurance claims.

We employ decades of knowledge and expert claims-handling experience to maximize the financial outcome and minimize the headache to make our clients financially whole again after a disaster.


If you'd like to be part of our Sales Team, we are seeking a top notch sales pro to call on potential clients to educate them about the available options, including our services, to better their outcome after a disaster.


Duties:
Outside sales, calling on potential clients. Commercial and Residential Sales. Daily leads provided. You will be hugely successful if you are skilled at securing critical meetings with decision-makers. After the sale, a dedicated team manages the rest of the claims process.

Territory:
British ColumbiaGreater Vancouver Area. Local applicants preferred. Out-of -area applicants are welcome but must live in the sales territory or be willing to relocate. Must also be willing/able and have necessary credentials to travel from Canada to our US offices as needed.

Compensation:
Salary while training. Straight Commission (after training). Terms are negotiable, DOE.

If you are not hitting the 200K goal by year 2, you are not the right person for this job and if commission-only work scares you then this is NOT the job for you.

No project mgt after the sale, no managing others, strictly SALES. 75-80% road/travel, hours vary, not typical 8-5, all hands on deck during a disaster, but flexible with dates/time off. Train with and be mentored by a world-class team.

Qualifications:

You are consistently a top-ranking sales rep in your past endeavors and have the numbers to prove it, money-motivated, hungry hunter type, entrepreneurial mindset.

Perhaps you've reached a ceiling in current line of work and need more challenge/more $$$ commensurate with your skill level, comfortable selling to all walks of life from the individual homeowner to corporate business/legal representatives.

Past sales success opening new territories, outside sales, commission-only sales, financial or legal services, construction sales, or selling products/services in other challenging environments with high rejection rates.

$200,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
