Description

Hazelmere Golf and Tennis Club in South Surrey is seeking a skilled line cook to join our culinary team for our pub-style/casual dining restaurant.

The position is available for both full-time and part-time employment


Qualifications:

⦁ Experience in a professional kitchen or equivalent culinary education

⦁ Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

⦁ Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently

⦁ Proficiency in basic cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, and frying

⦁ Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently

⦁ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

⦁ Strong communication and teamwork skills

⦁ Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

⦁ Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

⦁ Ability to be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

⦁ Shifts usually start at either 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, or 2:00 PM and end at 8:30 PM, 9:30 PM, or 10:30 PM.
