Job Description:

Are you an entrepreneurial self-starter, passionate about joining a small, dynamic B2B SaaS sales team?

Ultimately, by streamlining the routing, communication, tracking, and execution of work - we allow each of our clients to lead a productive and happier life.


After two years of incredible growth, we are looking for an
Account Executive to manage and execute the sales process.

You'll be responsible for discovery, demoing, selling and account management of SMB and mid-market contracts.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Build and maintain a pipeline, and provide accurate weekly forecasts on key metrics throughout. Book demos and discovery calls with leads who show interest in our product.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to qualify leads from campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Make continuous improvements to the sales training program to improve the onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and expand your portfolio of prospects through various outbound and inbound channels.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of information (call/meeting notes, supporting documentation, etc.) in Hubspot.

    biased for action — eager to make and drive decisions. Picking up the phone and calling customers is second nature to you.
  • You are constantly
    learning through risks & failures, and are always working to spotlight lessons learned to your team.
  • You are a driven
    selfstarter with the ability to work independently, but also to work in a
    highly
    collaborative manner with the team.

Bring 1+ years of sales experience with solution selling experience and familiarity with core sales tools (such as Hubspot, Intercom, Mailchimp, etc).
