The Junior Financial Analyst is responsible for the coordination and communication of financial data and ensuring that monthly financial management reporting is conducted accurately and on a timely basis.

- Diploma in accounting, finance, math, business or related field
years of relevant experience preferred

Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Chrome, google docs, google sheets and google forms
Yardi experience considered an asset
Payroll process knowledge preferred
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
General understanding of computerized accounting systems
Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines
High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
