The Opportunity


As a Wild Fork Retail Store Associate AKA Sales Leader, you are enthusiastic and passionate about Customers and Wild Fork products.

You are a Brand ambassador with an Entrepreneurial spirit. Your focus is to create and provide a memorable experience for all our guests.

You will be trained to have the highest level of product knowledge to provide customers with recommendations on their favorite dish and protein.


What you will do:


  • Educate consumers on the Wild Fork Brand and the Wild Fork Way processes.
  • Become a product and culinary expert (Personal Chef) by educating and giving full effort to provide great recipes and tips on how to pick products and cook.
  • Provide a butcher friendly shopping experience by personalizing every step of the way.
  • White glove service throughout customer shopping journey and checkout process; deliver an experience to remember.
  • Perform regular stock replenishment duties, product rotation, store standards, consistent presentable conditions, and housekeeping.
  • Process customer ecommerce online orders (Pick & Pack) and oversee timely product hand out for deliveries.
  • Must be able to work in an ambient and very cold environment (Freezer)
  • Push/Pull pallets and racks, receive, organize, process shipments, and perform monthly inventory/cycle counts.
  • Ensure proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability,
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What you bring:


  • 3 years of customer service experience in retail, brand, hospitality, or restaurant
  • Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a common vision
  • Be determined and deliver superior results with great sense of urgency.
  • Time management and prioritization.
  • Treat it like you own it
  • Take ownership and responsibility to never give up.
  • Acts with respect and values other opinions.
  • Strong cognitive skills including problem analyzing.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Show ownership, dependability, and commitment.
  • Ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines.
  • Available to work Fulltime, a flex schedule, working a variety of hours, which can include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
