iOS Engineer 2 — New Products | Ottawa, Canada
We're partnering with a leading global news organization undergoing a major digital transformation, building new products that will redefine how content is created and delivered to audiences worldwide.
This role sits on a new product team developing a next-generation mobile experience from the ground up. You'll work in a Greenfield environment while collaborating with an established engineering group to build personalized, consumer-facing iOS features at scale.
What you'll do
- Develop new iOS features using Swift and SwiftUI
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
- Help shape mobile architecture and user experiences for new digital products
- Contribute to a modern, evolving mobile tech stack
Requirements
- 2+ years of iOS development experience
- Strong Swift and SwiftUI experience
- Experience working closely with product teams
Nice to have
- MVVM architecture exposure
- UIKit familiarity
- CI/CD experience (Bitrise or similar)
- Exposure to , TypeScript, or AWS environments
