Ottawa locations are looking for a
Parts Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with customers, suppliers and technicians to ensure that there is ongoing communication and effective operations within the parts department.
- Always working towards improving operational efficiencies.
- Order parts for customers' repair needs.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing rapport and relationships with business partners.
- Oversee and maintain parts inventory.
Qualifications
- Previous parts advisor experience. (min 1 yr)
- Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experiences.
- High attention to detail and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Comfort working with all levels of staff and customers.
- Strong verbal and written skills and proficiency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$23.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed

Automotive Parts: 1 year (required)
Customer Service: 3 years (required)
