Requirements:

Vehicle (full G License)
Ability to manage small material runs (8' long material capabilities is an advantage)
Ability to Lift 50+ lbs
Own full suite of hand/power tools required to independently operate during full washroom renos
Able to demo a washroom effectively
Minor Framing
Minor plumbing/electrical knowledge
Drywall/Mudding
Shower Waterproofing knowledge/experience a huge advantage
Tiling Experience also a huge advantage
Ability to complete finishing touches to washrooms requiring a high attention to detail, such as, hanging all wall mounted hardware, mounting shower trim finishes, installing retail boxed shower glass door systems etc...
MOST IMPORTANT you are able to communicate and maintain great customer service and rapport, while constantly being able to manage customer expectation, questions and concerns
