    We are looking to hire an Account Manager, Digital Sales to lead our digital sales in the identified regions. This position is for a motivated, charismatic, creative, dynamic sales professional who will work collaboratively with sales representatives and key stakeholders to develop digital marketing strategies and present our portfolio of advanced digital advertising products to our clients and prospects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Champion Bell's suite of Advanced Advertising products both internally within the sales teams, as well, externally with existing and prospective clients
    • Use your dynamic presentation skills in selling scenarios such as 1-1 customer settings and in group training session (lunch & learn) environments
    • Actively participate in the station's marketing and sales meetings
    • Travel regularly with the regions to meet with clients and sales teams
    • Develop sales materials and work with the Senior Manager, Digital Sales and Regional Sales Manager in providing resources to Account Executives.
    • Support and train local sales team members on all digital products.
    • Initiate, collaborate and manage ideas for the Account Executives and assist them in selling.
    • Create mock-ups, presentations, recaps and other sales materials.
    • Project Manage, alongside support team members, digital campaigns including collecting assets, establishing work back schedules and troubleshooting any campaign issues with project stakeholders.
    • Be an expert at recognizing and properly identifying key issues that are impeding sales as they arise throughout the year.
    • Actively participate on divisional conference calls with colleagues across the country.
    • Train and develop any new Account Executives, Managers and team members that join the organization.

    Critical Qualifications

    • 2 - 3 years of sales experience is a strong asset
    • Expert knowledge of the digital landscape within Canada.
    • A self-starter, outgoing, assertive with great communication skills
    • An outstanding presenter
    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns
    • Superior interpersonal and collaborative skills
    • Ensures that all processes/procedures are completed and quality standards are met
    • Understanding of company capabilities and service; effectively communicates offerings to the client
    • Comfortable with a strategic selling approach
    • Able to develop client proposals using all relevant software programs including Word, Excel, Power Point and related graphics programs
    • Valid Drivers License and vehicle.
    • Knowledgeable about the metrics of traditional media, especially radio, television and print as well as the metrics of the new media

    Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
