    Reporting to the Property Manager, the Junior Property Manager is responsible for assisting the senior manager in the day-to-day management of real estate properties. You will work closely with the property management team to ensure operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and the appreciation of real estate assets. You will play an essential role in the effective management of real estate properties. Your contribution will be significant in maintaining tenant satisfaction, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing the value of real estate assets.     Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and direct visitors, residents, and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Manage phone calls, take messages, and relay them to the appropriate individuals.
    • Assist the senior manager in all tasks related to the management of real estate properties.
    • Coordinate daily activities, including property maintenance, repairs, and security.
    • Communicate with tenants to address their needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
    • Prepare and monitor lease agreements, including rent collection and payment tracking.
    • Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and recommend corrective measures.
    • Manage maintenance requests and coordinate work with external service providers.
    • Assist in preparing annual budgets and tracking property-related expenses.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenants, lease agreements, and maintenance activities.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
    • Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to develop skills and knowledge in property management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in real estate management, business administration, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in property management is an asset.
    • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency in real estate management software and productivity tools.
    • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with tenants, suppliers, and team members.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy and diligence.
