The Faculty of Management (FOM), at the University of New Brunswick Fredericton campus invites applications for a 12-month Term Assistant Teaching Professor in the area of Business Law.

The appointment will be at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor and will commence as of July 1, 2023, or as soon thereafter as possible.

This position is subject to final budgetary approval.

Applicants must have a Business degree (BBA MBA or equivalent), and Master's degree in Law with a focus on corporate and commercial law or a related field.

Experience in the practice of law would be considered an asset.

The successful candidate must have a demonstrated record of excellence in university teaching or evidence of the potential to develop such a record.

They must be able teach introductory and upper-level courses on Business Law and Corporate Governance at the undergraduate and graduate level.

The FOM is innovative in its programs, curriculum design and outreach activities. It has more than 700 students in the undergraduate program and 200 students in the graduate program. Further information relating to the University of New Brunswick and the Faculty can be viewed at and .
