• Gathering specifications, product data, and pricing
• Management inventory control and inspections
• Assist with hotel technology status reports, GAP analysis, IT budget analysis, capital CP&P budget analysis, and Opera interface OXI analysis
• Perform various audits and reports
• Develop trend reports through industry research and data analysis
• Create databases for insightful analysis, business solutions and decision making
• Setup data templates for commercial leasing tenants
• Construct custom lists and surveys for insightful analysis on revenue generating departments and guest standardization

• Experience completing various research and analysis projects, plus business industry case studies
• Experience working within hospitality operations, entertainment industries, and events
• Skilled in building relationships, leading teams, and providing organizational structure within work environments
• Adept at multitasking, taking initiative, problem solving and conflict resolution, negotiation, and business analytical skills
• Highly proficient in report writing and communication skills, professional presentations, financial analysis, Lotus Notes,
• Knowledge in USALI Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry an asset
• Prior skills in hotel management, F&B, or event management an asset
• Relevant product and tooling knowledge a plus
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to change
