Living Stone is looking to add Drafter to support to our Commercial Projects team:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Help provide accurate and thorough drawings for proposals, pricing, construction, and record purposes
  • Work effectively with Production / Installation team to develop drawings that provide high quality solutions that save time or cost on the project
  • Ensure an electronic copy of the latest revision of all drawings are on file and readily accessible
  • Performs other duties as directed, such as measurement of buildings or production of drawing records
  • Complete daily quality control checklists for all outgoing projects to ensure all details are accurate before the job leaves the warehouse
  • Updating & review sales quotes for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify, add and confirm details
  • Verify information on templates with quoted sales orders
  • Verify changes and notify departments accordingly

Qualifications:

  • Ability to produce construction details from concept drawings
  • Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Understanding of commercial and residential buildings and materials
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on deadlines
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Must be able to balance a busy schedule
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fully qualified in AutoCAD
  • Attention to detail

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour
