Our client is looking for an Enhancement Crew Lead:

Enhancement Team:
The enhancement team is a hybrid crew who takes on both hardscape and softscape projects. They are an integral support team for our Maintenance & Construction crews.

Our crew leaders have diverse knowledge in landscape. They thrive in a changing environment. They understand the value of their hard work and get satisfaction from seeing a project come to life.

What are the responsibilities?

Willingly complete a variety of hardscape tasks (Lift & Relay, Small hardscape projects such as retaining walls and interlock patios, Fences, Sign Installation etc.) and softscape tasks (garden installation, planting, sodding, mulching, tree maintenance)
Carefully and safely operate tools and power equipment, always wearing PPE
Display respect for others, for policies and for equipment
Always be observant, inquisitive and willing to learn new skills and participate in training
Positively lead a crew of 23 individuals

What is required?

23 years experience in the landscape industry, with experience in hardscape and softscape.
Proven interest in working outside, working with your hands
G Class Drivers License, clean driving record.

Comfortable around power tools/small equipment.
Enjoys an active lifestyle, working outdoors
Respectful and caring
Enjoys working with others
Experience driving truck & trailer, with valid license

Salary:
$28.00-$30.00 per hour
