Reporting to the Senior Manager, Store Operations, the
Store Communications Analyst is responsible for a variety of duties with an emphasis on effective communication and exceptional support across all channels including Store Operations, field teams, and cross-functionally with all departments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Gatekeeper of all communication between the Store Support Centre and stores with a keen eye for accuracy, attention to detail, consistency, and timeliness
  • Manages the planning and execution of key events and promotions to support stores and documents feedback on opportunities and wins
  • Responsible for the weekly reporting on KPIs, Sales, and other important data
  • Reviews tasks and works crossfunctionally to assess task hours required on a monthly basis
  • Responsible for the administration, tracking, and followup of store payroll / operating hours and reports discrepancies
  • Manages contests, recognition, and incentives to motivate teams and drive sales while managing and complying with the budget
  • Champions charity campaigns with enthusiasm and passion and maintains results for reporting purposes
  • Supports stores and District Sales Managers across all channels and looks for solutions and opportunities to streamline and improve processes for efficiency
  • Supports crossfunctional teams to ensure tasks for all Real Estate projects are completed in a timely manner
  • Plans and prepares quarterly loyalty targets
  • Works in partnership with the Manager, Loss Prevention to determine Audit blackout dates
  • Assist with annual costcenter budgeting
  • Attends weekly crossfunctional meetings to gather information required for store communication
  • Partner with Marketing on strategies and impact on stores
  • SMS, Affiliate Marketing
  • Assists with tasks and the planning/coordination of events and meetings
  • Other tasks as required

Qualifications:


  • 13 years' experience in Store Operations in a specialty store, preferably apparel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, multitasking environment while staying organized
  • Solutionoriented with strong critical thinking skills and strives to improve efficiency
  • Ability to produce a high volume of work with accuracy and diligence with the discipline to stay focused, and selfmanage
  • Ability to prioritize work, perform well under pressure and meet set deadlines
  • Exceptional written, and oral communication skills and speaking English fluently
  • The ability to type swiftly with high accuracy
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on issues
  • An aptitude for problemsolving, influencing, and negotiation
  • Strongly teamfocused with the ability and desire to motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve their goals
  • The ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Eager and willing to learn and take initiative
  • Energetic, upbeat with a cheerful outlook
  • Highly dependable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Technical Skills:


  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
  • Highspeed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)

Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
Store Operations: 2 years (required)
