P/T Admin Assistant Needed in St. Clair West Wellness Clinic
Yellow Gazebo Natural Health Care is looking for someone to work approximately 20-30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
We are currently looking for someone with a flexible schedule, someone who can work a moderate number of hours as a set schedule, and someone who can sometimes fill in when others need time off.
Yellow Gazebo is an exciting, challenging place to work - with over 40 employees and 2 locations in the area there are many opportunities to learn new skills and to grow with an ever-expanding wellness clinic.
We are open 7 days a week: mornings, afternoons and evenings during the week and mornings and afternoons on the weekends.
As the face of the clinic when patients walk through the door, it is important that you have excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor.
Along with making our patients feel welcome, you'll also be responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and doing basic cleaning around the clinic such as laundry and dusting.
Direct experience is not required, but what is preferred is a good attitude towards work and a good ability to multitask during stressful situations.
