ABOUT THIS TEAM


The Product Operations Project Specialist supports in building and executing strategic initiatives and projects to enable business transformation across the Product organization.

This person is a highly organized operator who, by way of cross-functional collaboration, supports the delivery of business-critical solutions that advance organizational, operational, process and technological transformation for the Product Team.


A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Schedule, coordinate and support in facilitation of crossfunctional workshops to build new strategies, processes and tools
  • Support with the implementation and adoption of new business processes
  • Assist with documentation of business strategies, processes, and project deliverables ex. Process maps, PowerPoint presentations, Standard Operating Procedures, business cases, etc.,
  • Coordinate and support the management and flow of critical information and data associated with relevant projects and work streams
  • Provide project and taskrelated support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 12 years of relevant experience in project management, operations or other related field, preferably in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to excel in a highly collaborative environment, with a passion for crossfunctional engagement, enrolment and alignment
  • A team player that truly believes they are successful when the organization is successful
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadline driven environment, with a desire for continuous learning and growth
