Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects. Works collaboratively within the office and with partners to deliver the desired client experience and achieve overall business objectives.

  • Supports client requests for administrative needs i.e. banking changes, address updates ext.
  • Welcomes clients warmly and meets their service and transactional needs with seamless execution.
  • Reviews customer profiles and engages customers in a needsbased conversation to identify potential opportunities.
  • Executes routine tasks (e.g. service requests, transactions, queries, etc.) within relevant service level agreements.
  • Acts as a key member of a collaborative and versatile team.
  • Organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Takes the initiative to find creative approaches that make each customer's experience feel personal.
  • Follows through on risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure we safeguard our customers' assets, maintain their privacy, and act in their best interest.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

- prior experience in financial services is an asset; post-secondary degree or certification in related field of study is desirable.

  • Highlevel knowledge of personal financial planning
  • Projects a professional presence.
  • Resourceful selfstarter with confidence to communicate with clients.
  • Readiness to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with advisors and clients.
  • An aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges.
  • Verbal & written communication skills
  • Basic (in business environment).

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour


Expected hours:
