Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team. As an Office Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of several offices in Nanaimo. You will visit 2 or 3 sites per day.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
Empty trash cans and recycling bins
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as break rooms and conference rooms
Ensure all areas are wellmaintained and presentable at all times
Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure safety and efficiency
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
Adhere to health and safety regulations
Laundering of work rags each week

Experience:

Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is a plus
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Pay:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
