Senior Claims Service Representative Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing prompt and efficient handling of technical and administrative support services to adjusters and telephone claims reporting, while maintaining data quality and service levels.

The ideal candidate will be great at checking and receiving new claims, answering incoming inquiries, assisting claims adjuster with administrative tasks, sorting and distributing mail and faxes, data editing verification reconciliation activities. They must also have a post-secondary school education equivalent on the job experience minimum 2-3 years of experience in the property casualty industry excellent keyboarding data entry skills actively pursuing CIP designation an asset strong technical skills with MS Office Suite fluently bilingual English French an asset.
