WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking to hire a
Legal Counsel for a 14 month contract to cover a maternity leave.

This individual will be a business partner to the Sales and Procurement teams, and will be primarily responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements.

In this role, you will:

Advise on marketing, advertising, IP, packaging and labelling matters
Provide legal advice on risk management, corporate matters, and compliance & privacy matters
Retain and supervise external counsel for other matters (e.g. regulatory, litigation) as required
