KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ( BILINGUAL)

They are a nationwide supplier of a comprehensive range of Industrial Automation and Instrumentation equipment, from the world's leading manufacturers.


They provide technical products and support to industries that include pharmaceutical, automotive, food and beverage, waste and water treatment, aerospace, chemical, petrochemical, power and HVAC.

Their diverse product line include process, testing and measurement instruments as well as calibration, maintenance and validation services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with current KEY ACCOUNTS
  • Develop account growth strategy and forecasting
  • Cultivate existing client relationships and increase account sales volume
  • Uncover customer challenges, needs and opportunities
  • Provide weekly sales call reports detailing new activity and project updates
  • Develop objectives, goals, business plans, forecasts and budgets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs for quotations and support
  • Develop new business opportunities, proactively through leads and referrals
  • Stay current with market conditions, competitor activities, and industry advances to position your product, team and solutions advantageously
  • Achieve company objectives in cooperation with other internal departments
  • Record transactions and customer communications on CRM

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience selling instrumentation, controls, instrumentation, a strong asset:

  • Ability to understand highly technical customer needs and environment to enable effective and qualified needs assessment, insights and solution opportunities

Great communication skills / Bilingual (English / French) oral and written:

  • Ability to develop territory sales and account development strategies, and execute effectively
  • Track record for meeting and exceeding targets and expectations

Knowledge of Quebec's industrial automation and instrumentation market, a strong asset:

  • Appreciates a challenge, focused on results and able to self-manage
  • Strong background in consultative and value based sales
  • Effective negotiator with professional sales etiquette
  • Superior time management and organizational skills, adaptable, team player

Education

  • Experience and/or educational background in technical fields such as Chemistry or Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.

Salary:
$110,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
