Customer Service Representative
Location: Fort McMurray, AB
Red Arrow is currently looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative based out of our Fort McMurray office. The successful candidate must have flexible availability as shifts can include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. This role offers approximately hours per week and has the potential to lead to full-time.
Hourly Rate: $18.50 to start increasing to $19.75 following probation with incentive pay

Primary Responsibilities:
Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, make/confirm/change and cancel reservations, process payments, handle cash, assist passengers with our online booking process, greet passengers during check in process, assist with inquiries and luggage storage, safely embark and disembark coaches, provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties.
