Reliable Dishwasher Needed



Schedule:
11:30am - 8pm Tuesday & Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday

Wage:
$20.00/hour

Plus:

This is a great job opportunity for someone entering the work force, for earning extra steady income while having a second job, or for someone who is semi-retired and still wants to be busy.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils
  • Maintaining the dish washing and kitchen areas and ensuring equipment is clean, in working condition and complies with safety standards
  • Cleaning and maintaining floors and walls in the dish washing and kitchen areas by following standard procedures
  • Removing trash and placing it into designated containers
  • Assisting with loading, unloading, and transferring supplies, products and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements:


  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate with team and management in professional manner
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Comfortable standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

About you:


  • Willing to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
  • Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent is an asset
  • Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required
  • Handson experience with industrial dishwashing machine preferred but not required
