Sales Associate

Position Summary
This position is accountable for attending and helping customers with plumbing/waterworks/Electrical supplies. This position also represents the Company in a professional manner and provides exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a good customer experience.
• Assess customer needs an provide expert advice on plumbing department products
• Present and demonstrate the product highlighting its positive features and suggest complementary products
• Support the marketing of products in its department such as : display of merchandise, visual presentation and labelling
• Keep up to date with new products and their functions
• Responsible to receive sales orders from customers by phone
• Enters all information required for order picking into the system
• Responsible to prepare sales order and quotations.
• Assist with physical inventory as required/requested
• Other duties as assigned

Skills:

• One year experience in plumbing, waterworks and electrical.
• A combination of education and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of accuracy with attention to detail.
• Computer literate, good mathematical skills.
• The ability to work in team.
• Punctuality.
• Provide customer service is efficient manner.
