About the Role

The MSR I is a member of the Financial Services team and performs financial and non-financial transactions to help the members of Ladysmith & District Credit Union meet their financial needs.

The MSR I is responsible for a range of duties including:

Answering member account inquiries and processing transactions
Making changes and updates to member accounts
Recommending beneficial products and services
End of day processing and balancing
Adhering to all security protocols
Other duties as assigned

This is a part-time position with an anticipated 25-35 hours per week and will commence as soon as possible. The salary grade is that of Group 1 on the union salary scale. If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit a covering letter and resume outlining your qualifications.
