REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. Applicants without experience will NOT be considered. we are NOT seeking anyone looking to become a Realtor. This is an ADMIN position. _


Responsibilities:

• Ability to work with people
• An eagerness to learn, grow, and manage time effectively
• Support the existing admin team in keeping a smooth flow of the "behind the scenes" real estate world
• A quick learner with the ability to constantly adapt to the everchanging needs of our team
• Savvy with technology and comprehensive understanding of computers and social media
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Requirements:

Previous Real Estate experience is REQUIRED:

• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• Must have transportation
• Computer Skills are a MUST
• Able to flow in a fastpaced environment
• Coachable with an ability to handle constructive criticism
• Team Player, willing to bring ideas to the table

• Paragon knowledge needed

• Pillar9 is a bonus
• Spin2 understanding
• Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, GCal)
• Knowledgeable with Adobe / PDF software
