Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with people
- An eagerness to learn, grow, and manage time effectively
- Support the existing admin team in keeping a smooth flow of the "behind the scenes" real estate world
- A quick learner with the ability to constantly adapt to the everchanging needs of our team
- Savvy with technology and comprehensive understanding of computers and social media
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Requirements:

Previous Real Estate experience is REQUIRED:
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Must have transportation
- Computer Skills are a MUST
- Able to flow in a fastpaced environment
- Coachable with an ability to handle constructive criticism
- Team Player, willing to bring ideas to the table
- Paragon knowledge needed
- Pillar9 is a bonus
- Spin2 understanding
- Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, GCal)
- Knowledgeable with Adobe / PDF software
