Job summary

The Race Supervisor is accountable for managing daily race training ad race day operations and environments and supporting Race Coaches and Race Crew daily with leadership and training.

Responsibilities

  • Work in cooperation with fellow Supervisors to manage and support the coaching staff and ensuring that teams are run efficiently safely and effectively while maintaining excellent levels of service.
  • Meet regularly with the Manager Race and Events Assistant Manager Race Events ensure a clear line of communication has been established on team activities budget guidelines performance objectives.
