Required Skills & Competencies:


  • Minimum of 3 years post call experience in litigation
  • Including examinations for discovery, mediation, arbitration, trial, appeal, and settlement processes
  • Law degree from an accredited law school and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid analytical, legal research and drafting skills with strong attention to detail
  • Effective client and practice management skills are essential
  • Sound legal ethics and professional conduct
  • Commitment to upholding firm values, including exceptional client service, community engagement and the advancement of diversity and inclusion
