    Description

    Start a new sales career with a dental distributor that understands what products dentists need to overcome the challenges of restorative dentistry. This company distributes a wide range of quality dentistry products through exclusive and non-exclusive partnerships with global manufacturers.

    The Clinical Advisor will work with internal staff to promote, sell, teach and support clinically proven products to dental professionals throughout greater Montreal.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Recommend, develop and execute strategies to increase the company's market share in existing and new accounts.
    • Make regular visits and sales calls to dental practices in the territory.
    • Attend trade shows, lectures, seminars and hands-on courses.
    • Recommend, plan, promote and assist in getting registrants for CE courses.
    • Conduct presentations and demonstrations in dental offices and for study groups.
    • Provide exceptional service and technical assistance for customer issues.


    Requirements

    EDUCATION & TRAINING

    • Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent work experience in a sales capacity.

    WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

    • 3+ years in an external B2B sales role.
    • Previous dental clinical or sales experience would be an asset.
    SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
    • Must be bilingual (English and French).
    • Professional sales knowledge and demonstrates integrity and ethics.
    • Able to self-motivate and work effectively in an independent environment.
    • Achieves business results by taking action and achieving quality.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong computer skills and ability to use technology.
    OTHER
    • The candidate must reside in the territory.
    • Must have a valid driver's license, insurance and a good driving record.
