Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a solid talent pipeline for our client's current and future staffing needs in the fields of
technology and accounting.

Main responsabilities

Interact with professionals on niche platforms
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position's requirements
Ask for referrals from internal and external networks
Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
Measure and report on recruiting metrics

Proven work experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role
Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Bilingualism: English AND French required
Experience in recruiting for technology AND accounting or keen interest in learning
Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
Good timemanagement skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
Resultoriented; motivated by achieving goals
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field, a plus
