Job description
Our client is a well-established real estate developer and property management company in the GTA. They're looking for a Commercial Property Administrator to join their growing team in North Mississauga.

Your New Employer

This is a privately held organization with a long-standing track record in the region. They develop and manage a diverse portfolio of properties and are known for investing in their team's professional growth.

Their focus is straightforward:
deliver quality properties and solid service to their tenants.

Your New Role

You'll report to the Director of Commercial Property Management and handle the day-to-day operations of the portfolio.

Your work centers on three areas:
tenant services, accounting administration, and office management.


The role connects operations and accounting, so you'll coordinate between departments to keep projects on track and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Strong communication and follow-through are essential.

What Sets You Apart

  • At least 2 years in commercial property management as a Commercial Property Administrator
  • Postsecondary education preferred (high school diploma minimum)
  • Solid skills with Microsoft Office and Yardi (or JD Edwards/SAP)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customerservice mindset
  • Live with 30 minutes of Mississauga Rd & Highway 407
You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where tasks are constantly changing, and priorities shift.

Compensation

Expected base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 per year.

This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual and company performance, commensurate with experience.
