    What is the opportunity? In your role as a Senior Data Scientist, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. Your expertise will be crucial in tackling complex challenges in the context of Wealth Management and global operations. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of data, leveraging cutting-edge data science, data analytics, and big data technologies. Your contributions will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and robust solutions that integrate, enrich, and analyze data from a multitude of sources, driving meaningful insights and outcomes. What will you do?
    • Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop machine learning models to identify patterns, support decisions, make recommendations, and predict outcomes.
    • Collaborate proactively with stakeholders and various business partners to identify business opportunities and design machine learning solutions to optimize processes and promote informed decision-making.
    • Stay current with the latest generative AI and machine learning research, prompt engineering, and cloud technologies to enhance our data science capabilities.
    • Collaborate with data engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver proof of concepts that showcase the potential of machine learning to drive innovation and improve our internal operations and businesses.
    • Deploy machine learning models and applications on cloud platforms like Snowflake and Azure, ensuring flawless integration and scalability.
    • Identify new tools, technologies, and techniques that can be applied to the development of machine learning solutions.
    • Apply prompt engineering techniques and fine-tune Large Language Models for different tasks to support employees and improve internal processes.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team and contribute to the development of new data science initiatives and strategies. What do you need to succeed? Must Have
  • 5+ years of practical Data Science experience, with a demonstrated history of delivering ML/AI solutions.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud data technologies such as Snowflake and Azure.
  • Robust skills in data analysis and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, notably Python and SQL.
  • In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning Algorithms (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Solid experience with various Neural Networks including Convolutional, Feedforward, and Recurrent Neural Networks.
  • Practical experience in deploying Machine Learning models.
  • Familiarity with the latest AI technologies/services, including open-source LLMs, and Open AI ChatGPTs.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a proven ability to overcome challenges, along with experience in coaching and mentoring.
  • Nice to Have
  • PhD or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience working in a financial institution.
