Mood, Anxiety, and Trauma Program

EHN Outpatient Leadership Team Position Summary: The Manager is responsible for the administrative and clinical leadership of the EHN Mood and Anxiety Program, and Occupational Stress Injury/Trauma program. This position will be responsible for delivering evidenced based treatment to individuals seeking treatment across Canada in a virtual setting.


Job Function and Duties:


  • Work directly with clients and referents
  • Responsible for implementation, administration and evaluation of the program
  • Support the Operations and Clinical Director in planning and implementing outcome measurement in the program
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and other key stakeholders to develop clinical content based on evidenced informed best practice
  • Providing clinical supervision and support to masters trained clinicians to support the optimal delivery of evidencebased clinical content
  • Responsible for the development of the group schedule that meets staff and client needs
  • Addressing clinical issues with clients as they arise
  • Conducting audits and surveys for quality assessment in clinical documentation and processes
  • Creating and disseminating policies, protocol and process flows in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Facilitate groups as required; audit groups to ensure quality care
  • Work collaboratively with EHN inpatient and outpatient facilities
  • Work with national director, operations director, clinical director and inpatient facilities to problem solve workflow and client issues that may arise
  • Maintaining relationships with referents and coordinating required Reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Degree in social work or counselling or combined relevant experience, Masterlevel preferred.
  • 3 years of experience working as a facilitator leading abstinencebased programming for addiction and mental health clients
