A day in the life

Greeting all service customers.
Handling customer service requests and concerns.
Seamless coordinating and managing customer appointments.
Performing designated administrative duties and creating internal work orders.
Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, sound judgment and attention to detail.
Conduct postservice followup calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.

What we look for

CDK experience is an asset.
Previous experience in customer service or appointment coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
A positive cando attitude
