The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Manager, Service Delivery, this role is responsible for the supervision of the Town of Caledon's centralized contact centre team as well as assisting the Manager with service related business process improvements, and for ensuring corporate adherence to the Town's quality standards and Service Excellence strategic deliverables.
- Lead and motivate staff by example; be available and visible to interact with staff and customers to ensure consistent positive client relations that reflect the Town's quality standards
- Establish and manage effective crossfunctional relationships (internally and externally) in order to develop client service and process improvement solutions
- Oversee corporate business process revisions that better service delivery at the Town of Caledon and identify service gaps and opportunities and prepare recommendations for corporate adoption
This is a resident role that requires working on site.
