This is the job for you We are currently looking for a SOX Audit Controls Analyst for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in various SOC1, SOC2, and SOX audits by:
• Assist with executing controls and monitoring procedures; prepare stakeholder and senior management communications.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance controls and monitoring.
• Assist in establishing compliance controls related to application development and support.
What you will need to succeed:
• University degree with 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in compliance or a similar discipline, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of IT General Computing Controls (e.g., SOX/COBIT, SSAE, NIST, PCI, SOC, SOC2).
• Familiarity with the general processes and stages of an audit as they relate to SOC1, SOC2, and SOX audits.
• Familiarity with technical infrastructure, such as networks, servers, and mainframes.
• Familiarity with application development and support.
• Familiarity or experience with Information Technology practices (e.g., change control, operations, logical security).
• Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and problem resolution skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing data (e.g., Excel pivot tables, MS Access, etc.).
• Experience in supporting change and assisting others through the process.
• Flexibility and adaptability when dealing with changing priorities.
