    Job Summary


    As a SAP Solution Architect at Syntax, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our global SAP solutions, with a focus on FICO, FSCM, and BW modules. Your expertise in S/4HANA and enterprise architecture will enable you to design and oversee scalable, maintainable, and resilient SAP systems that align with business needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the implementation and management of global SAP solutions, focusing on FICO, FSCM, and BW modules.
    • Architect SAP solutions for deployment, configuration, and operations, ensuring adherence to best practices.
    • Facilitate the design of the overall system landscape by evaluating business needs and developing appropriate technology solutions and integration plans.
    • Assess network and hardware requirements to deliver target architecture, establishing standards and sustainability plans.
    • Influence stakeholders by focusing on business drivers and system functionality to ensure alignment with the ERP and business system vision.
    • Collaborate closely with functional SAP consultants to leverage best practices in client service, issue resolution, and problem synthesis.
    • Contribute to the Design Authority by providing insights and feedback to enterprise architects on architectural best practices and strategies.

    Required Qualifications

    • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 7‑12 years of experience with full lifecycle S/4HANA, including integration with other SAP solutions.
    • In‑depth knowledge of SAP software products, particularly S/4HANA (on‑premise), alongside familiarity with Concur, SAP HANA, and SAP Business Warehouse.
    • Proven ability to apply expertise in ERP solutions across various industries, demonstrating a track record of delivering business impact.
    • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a creative approach to developing efficient solutions.
    • Excellent understanding of accounting, controlling, and finance processes, with the ability to translate these into SAP solutions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Subject matter expertise in multiple ERP solutions.
    • Experience with architectural applications such as ARIS.
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels and work independently or in team settings.
    • Experience in high‑pressure environments, effectively managing client expectations.

    Education & Certifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Relevant certifications in SAP S/4HANA and enterprise architecture are preferred.
