This position is in-office full-time, so applicants must be able to reliably commute to our office located in Chilliwack, BC.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Prepare, manage, and distribute financial data reports for the CFO and GM
  • Assist with financerelated special projects, reporting, and review
  • Preparing invoices and updating records
  • Review invoices to identify any errors prior to invoice delivery
  • Initiate and establish new procedures in billing tasks; update old procedures where applicable
  • Accurately complete daily run sheets
  • Provide prompt communication to drivers when necessary
  • Prepare invoices daily and monthly
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while working with customers to amend any invoicing errors
  • Practice safe work procedures at all times
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education in accounting or related field an asset
  • 2 years experience in a full cycle billing, dataentry, or finance analyst role

Specific Skills:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, etc)
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of Sage50 (preferred)
  • Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
